2018 Training Exercise Schedule

The drills will consist of being paged to an address in our service area, arriving on scene, sizing up the mock fire, pumping water near the property, shutting down the engine, clearing the scene and returning to the station.

Purpose of the exercise will be:

  • On scene 360s
  • Work on radio skills
  • Use maps of service area
  • Engine operating practice
  • Engine water filling operations
  • Engine fueling operations

Each year, starting in January, the Lewis and Clark Volunteer Fire Departments begin training new firefighters. This is the schedule for 2018.
